attocube systems offers a range of cryogenic and
high vacuum compatible probing systems which reflects the know-how
of the company as a leading supplier of low temperature and vacuum
compatible microscopy equipment. Our systems are known for modularity
and flexibility, and are always customized to the user’s needs.
There is already a wide range of applications available which
can be supported using attocube’s SEM tools.
One highly sophisticated system is an SEM probe station allowing
the manipulation of nanoobjects on a sub-nm level as well as the
characterization of electrical properties under SEM conditions,
simultaneously. The probe station can be extended with up to 8
independent manipulators. Different analysis or characterization
kits can be added to the basic setup consisting of attocube’s
nanopositioners which allow movements on a sub-nm level in up to
5 degrees of freedom.
