Various electronic controllers together with matching
software modules
are provided for all different attocube systems’ products.
During product
development, our main focus is always to make the customer interface
as easy as
possible while offering maximum control over all important parameters.
The ASC500 is the high-end device of the electronic product
range of attocube systems. It offers an unmatched diversity of
different scanning probe microscopy applications to the customer.
No matter if STM, AFM, or tuning fork SNOM experiments are desired,
the ASC500 can handle all of these microscopy modes. In combination
with the ASC-iBox enabling fast and controlled adjustment of
the
major parameters manually in addition to using the software,
this control unit is
unique in the field of scanning probe microscopy. As an add on
control unit for
the ASC500, the ASC550 microscopy positioning and signal controller
serves as
interface to the positioners and scanners providing all high
voltage outputs as
well as signal inputs including preamplifier functionality.
The ASC400 is designed for fully automized scan control in confocal
microscopy applications. Interface to a spectrometer and orientation
on your sample are
easy tasks.
The recently released piezo controller ANC350 is
designed to drive attocube positioners in step and scan mode
and provide
in addition functionality for
closed-loop operation. The ANC35 is the smaller
version and manufactured to drive attocubes’ positioners
at room temperature and ambient pressure conditions.
The ANC200 scan controller is not only a voltage amplifier;
it can also add offset voltages to a scan signal and overlay
AC signals to the output. This is particularly important e.g.
for AFM or SNOM operation. In additon, the ANC250 is now
available providing higher scan voltages for piezo tubes as used
in attocubes’ STMs.
The various laser modules LDM600 and LDM1300 as well as the
readout electronic, the ARC200 complete the product line of attocube systems’ controllers.
These specialized modules can be integrated into a feedback loop
for closed-loop
operation of the positioners.
